These tools help keep the site data files current. Use them when the source data changes.

Schedule Data Converter

Converts the park operations Excel file to a JavaScript file for the "Today in SEKI" page schedule display.

Instructions

• Select the Dates_Hours_Park_Operations.xlsx file
• Click "Convert Schedule"
• Save the downloaded schedule-data.js file to the R2/js/ folder

Search Index Generator

Generates the search index from HTML files for the site search functionality.

Instructions

• Select all main HTML files (index.html, Admin.html, Interp.html, etc.)
• Click "Generate Search Index"
• Save the downloaded search-data.js file to the R2/js/ folder

Files to include (11 total): index.html, Admin.html, Interp.html, Media.html, Pubs.html, Resources.html, Other.html, Bookmarks.html, SOPs.html, Forms.html, today-in-seki.html

Each individual link/resource will be indexed as its own search result. Search results will link directly to files (PDFs, etc.) or to the section on the page via anchor links.
